Getting Started
Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?
Yes. The showroom is open by appointment only so you get undivided, patient, focused attention. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM. Call 508.303.8100 to set up a private designer consultation.
How does the process start?
Step 1 is yours: think about what you like or dislike about the room, whether you want a full renovation, new construction, or a smaller refresh, and decide your budget. Then call to book an in-home consultation.
What happens at the in-home consultation?
We arrive on time, measuring tape in hand, get to know you and your style, listen to what you like and don't like, ask questions, and take key measurements. Before we leave we discuss next steps.
Do you take on small projects?
Yes. From a small kitchen refresher to a fireplace surround to a full-scale custom kitchen build, you receive our full attention.
Design & Budget
Will you try to sell me more than I want?
No. We never, repeat never, try to talk you into spending more than you decide you can. We guide you to get what you want within your budget.
How is the design created?
Our designers use everything you shared at the consultation to create a design for your home and develop a cost picture, or budget, that guides the design review.
When do I see the design?
When the initial design is ready, our showroom manager calls to set up a design appointment where the designers walk you through it step by step and answer your questions.
Are your cabinets custom-made?
Your cabinets may or may not be custom-made, but your design is custom-made for your home. We carry Cabico Unique, Cabico Essence, RiverRun Cabinetry, Fabuwood, and Dura Supreme.
Do you show renderings before building?
Yes. Our contact page shows the Natick bathroom and wet bar as design, rendering, and finished reality.

Where do I choose cabinet styles, colors, and hardware?
In our Southborough showroom, using extensive displays to imagine the possibilities and choose what fits your style, home, budget, and family.
Which hardware brands do you carry?
Top Knobs, Berenson, and Amerock.
Installation
Who installs the cabinets?
Our own in-house installation teams. We don't outsource such an important job, and our installers have been with us for years.
What happens after your installers finish?
Your contractor completes the finishing touches. Then it's time to unpack and entertain.
